Credit Fee

A processing fee will be charged when you top up platform credits. Here's our fee structure:

Fee Calculation

Processing fee = Amount × 5% + $0.35

For example (excluding tax):

• For $3 credit, the fee is $0.50 ($3 × 5% + $0.35)
• For $10 credit, the fee is $0.85 ($10 × 5% + $0.35)
• For $20 credit, the fee is $1.35 ($20 × 5% + $0.35)

*Note: Final payment amount may increase due to local tax regulations

Important Notes

1. The fee covers both payment processor charges and platform processing costs
2. All displayed prices include processing fees
3. Platform credits can only be used within the platform and are non-refundable
4. Additional taxes may apply based on your location and local regulations

Note:

• No processing fee is charged for direct platform subscription payments. Fees only apply to credit top-ups
• Please refer to your local tax regulations for applicable taxes
• Credit is permanently valid and will not expire.
